• Correct Spelling of the Child's name 
• Baptismal Date 
• Name Day 
• Correct Spelling of Parents' Names 
• Correct Spelling of Godparents' Names 

Please allow 2-3 weeks prior to event! 

Fabric, Colour, and Embellishment can be changed to preference. Font and colour of font can be changed to preference!
