Shipping policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Katerina's Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Stefana, and Good luck Charm orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Witness Pins and Lambatha orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 weeks of purchase date due to the custom nature of  preparing witness pins and lambatha decor. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Wedding and Baptismal Candles / Lambathes are charged with different shipment rates depending on weight and location. Standard Shipping (within Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Peel and York Region) will be physically delivered by Katerina's Designs within 2 weeks of purchase, due to the custom nature of creating each candle/ lambatha. 

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is done through Canada Post. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Katerina's Designs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Katerina's Design's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

Katerina's Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Katerina's Designs ships to the US and countries around the world. 

*PLEASE BE ADVISED: FOR USA CUSTOMERS, SMALL PACKET USA AIR SHIPPING IS NON TRACKABLE, THEREFORE IT DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER! IT IS BASED AS REGULAR MAIL! FOR TRACKING, PLEASE SELECT NEXT SHIPPING METHOD WITH TRACKING!* If Small Packet USA Air Shipping is selected, we will be unable to track the whereabouts of your order. If shipments with no tracking are not receieved, Katerina's Designs is not responsible. Please contact your local Post Office Provider
